Jim and Jamie Barnes have operated their in-home child care facility for over 25 years. They have 4 Children. Jamie has always had a passion for working with and teaching children. She started her home business in 1996 and has been licensed by the State of Utah since 2005. Jamie holds a current CDA (child development associate) credential. Jamie participates in Utah CCQS (Child Care Quality System) and in the Utah Early Childhood professional development career ladder program, in addition to on-going early childhood development education courses.

Our mission

We believe children learn the most in the first few years of life, interactions with others during these first years help shape them, give them a sense of self worth, trust, and so many important core values. Brain development is happening at a rapid pace during this time as well. We strive to help children create trusting relationships with our caregivers, we strive to create many opportunities to help children achieve developmental milestones, learn, play, and feel loved.
